Pair of model No. CL9 Ribbon chairs by Cesare Leonardi & Franca Stagi. Moulded fibreglass seating section on a chrome tubular base.The continuous band of moulded fibreglass forming the sculptural seat section of this remarkable design is attached to the tublar steel base by means of rubber shock-mounts. This connection and the cantilevered construction provide an inherent degree of springiness.
